PUBLIXSFM developed, managed and executed a mobile tour of branded pop-up ice cream socials, complete with hand-scooped ice cream stands, eating areas, barbershop quartets, face painters and caricature artists. The summer-long tour spanned five markets: Miami, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, and Atlanta. In addition to managing all the tour’ moving parts, SFM scouted key consumer hot spots (eg, beaches, plazas, malls, sporting events, shopping areas, parks, festivals), negotiating location fees and securing county health permits. |
