Anxious to get on consumers’ radar screens ahead of the busy summer shopping season, Taubman Malls wanted a community-wide blitz of 12 key U.S. markets over Memorial Day weekend to launch their new GO Campaign. SFM was engaged by its client agency to put 6-person Go Teams on the ground in each market, working out of branded ice cream trucks, segways and even pontoons. The teams reached out to target consumers – both adults and teens – with free ice cream and branded t-shirts customized for every demographic. SFM handled all logistics for the project: recruitment, training, production, equipment sourcing, location scouting and on-the-ground execution.
